Heads Pulling Apart 2008

Ceramic 50 x 34 x 24 cm – £1950 for Bronze Resin cast

This figurative sculpture illustrates the psychological state of ambivalence – two souls – mental states, identities – struggling with each other, within one body.

Like in my previous sculpture of “Man and Woman” the head on the left is steadfast, stable and facing the world straight on , while the head on the right is moving upwards and away – dissatisfied with the state of affairs, longing for more or desiring something different from what is on offer.

Purchase in both Bronze or Resin
