Sculptures by the Lakes
is a sculpture park and indoor gallery in Dorset, founded by sculptor Simon Gudgeon, showing his own sculptures, and those by over 40 other sculptors. The grounds have been beautifully landscaped by his wife Monique Gudgeon, supporting wildlife and habitats. Art and the landscape work seamlessly together, set in 26 acres alongside Dorset’s River Frome, with lakes, streams, meandering paths and plenty of places to sit. Several shops and eateries are part of the set-up to allow for a peaceful and arty day out; check for events! Book online for entrance of £14; no children under 12 years ; and dogs on leads allowed.
